A Picture of Due Diligence

graph.png

This picture showing the relative importance of the 12dailypro.com website versus the importance of the sec.gov, the regulator's website for all US securities tells you all you really need to know about 12dailypro's due diligence. Interesting how the site had more reach at even the beginning of its ill fated life than the SEC's site - very interesting story here I am sure.

Comments

In regards to due diligence in the matter of Charis Johnson, 12dailypro.com, and Lifeclicks, LLC: Johnson's original attempt to start an Autosurfing Ponzi scam was aimed at the the religious, god fearing, church going segment of the population, and for that purpose she created the corporation Lifeclicks, LLC. The significance of the Lifeclicks name figured somehow into how she was going to try to sell the religious sector on investing in a ponzi scam promising VERY high returns just for browsing the web using an autosurf program for a few minutes each day. But the end result was the scam was a complete failure because she was unable to attract enough investors to get the pyramid started. Afterwards she used the Lifeclicks corporation to create and act as owner for 12DailyPro.com, changed her target market, and the money started coming in by the millions. The difference was that people with stronger religious convictions did not ignore the little voice inside telling them that getting enourmous returns while doing nothing to earn them was wrong and would have been a sin.
