Interlake Chemicals and Glen Stroud

There is an amusing rant about me, written by Dan Hammond, a salesman with Interlake Chemicals, over at Ripoff Report, Beaupre's business opportunity frauds.

Mr. Stroud was a salesman, along with Mr. Michael Punziano and Mr. Markham Rollands, for Beaupre's business opportunity frauds.

Mr. Stroud was also a salesman for Georges' MacDonald's business opportunity fraud, the selling of illegal Revitalite lasers to American citizens for resale, in contravention of the FDA.

With this type of record, why would anyone trust Mr. Stroud or those who employ him?

In order to assist the independent distributors of Interlake Chemicals, I have set up a discussion forum about business opportunity laws, and also a dedicated blog for information about Interlake Chemicals, its salesman, and tactics.

Mr. Hammond is welcome to make his delightful presence known.

I am a Sure Step Master Distributor and I have met personally with Interlake chemicals. They are an excellent company with an excellent sales team keep up the good work. And who every said they are a fraud are full of #$%^ and yes the race car and the trailer do exist along with distributors all over the world and growing.

I have received numerous calls from the likes of Sure Step and found them to be less than honest about the product and the success of their distributors. I only hope that the remaining distributors receive all of their money back before Interlake chemicals decides to pull up anchor. It appears that they will continue to sell without a conscience all the way to the bitter end.

I inquired about Interlake Chemicals Sure Step product. But, based on the Rip Off Report rebuttal made by Mr. Hammond, Interlake have over 122 distributors worldwide and I only had six references. What happened to the other 116 distributors?

I'm actualy looking the option of maybe buying a distributor but with all my research over the past week, not sure anymore!

I saw this site when I typed in sure step. I had been contacted by Surestep numerous times by someone named Naomi. I mean they call and call until you have to tell them not to call anymore. They seem hellbent on putting down the competetion. My experience is when a company does that, BEWARE!!

But here's my question... Does the product work and does it do what they say it does?

In the end the product is what matters to me.

David; The product may be excellent, but they are not selling the product. They are selling distributorships. As such, they have to give a certain amount of information to the purchasers - which the regulators say that they are not doing.

David,

I am in the chemicals business and will like to bring you the disadvantages about this business:

1. Most of the tiles in restaurants and hotels, to include bathtubs, are already non-slip. Employees in restaurant now are wearing the non slip shoes too. The main reason restaurant’s floors are slippery is not necessarily because is wet, is because is very greasy and this acid will not do anything to stop that. Be expecting a call back after you finished a job.

2. This acid will damage marble, granites or any other glossy surface because it will destroy the polish, gloss or treatment by etching the surfaces.

3. The cost of this acid is a bit more of what you are paying for your laundry detergent. Why are you going to pay $25,000.00 to buy work?

4. Most of today’s bathtubs are done in plastic, fiberglass or similar material that will not work on that surface.

5. These chemicals had been in the market for decades but have no retail value and I had seen lots of companies trying to do the same. You will see success like in the vacuums, water filters and encyclopedia sales, but people do not invest money on these types of businesses. In other words, the people that really make money in the non slip business are the people who sale you the distributionship.

If you decide to do this I wish you good luck!

Very interesting post. I put it on the front page.
