Several years ago, I appeared on Paul and Sarah Edward's radio show, the Entrepreneur Magazine Home Biz Show talking about due diligence and business opportunities scams. Most of what I said in 2004, I would agree with today, except to note the rise in fraudulent disclosure documents which are being filed. Let me know what you think.
