Kirk Wright';s Hearing Postponed to July 13th
The SEC's motion for review of Kirk Wright's pre-trial release will now be heard on July 13th, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.

Pretrial release? Does this mean that Kirk Wright might actually be released from jail after having been a fugitive for three months?!!!
